Andreea-Cristina Mircea (b. 1992, Cluj-Napoca) is a multimedia artist and musician working across interactive installation, spatial sound, XR and performance. She builds from documented memory, speculative worlds, archaic folklore and personal archive — the parts of a story that were never written down.
A piece usually starts from something small and private: a song, a texture, a childhood object. From there it goes outward — voice handed to Ambisonics and multichannel arrays, a memory to projection and sensor — until myth and daily life coexist in it. The technology is a material, not the subject.
She studied classical voice, comparative literature and creative technologies in Cluj-Napoca and at Filmuniversität Babelsberg. She performs as NINA / NINANIÑA, and is based in Berlin, between Porto and Cluj-Napoca.
